【楊桃美食網】如何讓花椰菜保持脆綠 ? keep broccoli crisp and green

撇步1 滾水放入油與鹽
撇步2 滾水下蔬菜
撇步3 汆燙撈起泡冰水

Tip 1: Add oil and salt to boiling water

Tip 2: Add the vegetables to boiling water
if broccoli will be recook for other dishes ,cook 1 mins after water boiling again.
cook 1.5-2 mins after water boiling again (for salad)

Tip 3: Once cooked, remove from boiling water and soak in iced water
